Bill Gates’ Cascade Investment to take control of Four Seasons Hotels

(Reuters) – Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts said on Wednesday that Bill Gates backed-Cascade Investment LLC would take a majority stake in the hotel operator for $2.21 billion.
