Army and National Guard preparing for a new challenging fitness test

Members of the U.S. Army and the army national guard have to face a new physical fitness test. As per the army point of view, this is much challenging from what they have done in years past, and they expect to be much more difficulties. While most of the soldiers are not seriously concern for the new fitness test between October and late 2020, but some national guard soldiers are already worrying about new physical assessment. Moreover, The national guard has seven battalions joint their hand with army training and doctrine command to asses the better result from Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) before applying on full Army. It’s also aiding as a way to keep soldiers in shape year-round.

Earlier the army was only using two minutes of push-ups but depend upon individual as many as they can do in two minutes, whereas now this long-time test for the soldiers will change the fitness culture. Soldiers will take it twice, but it will not technically count against their score. It is influencing the U.S. Army and the Army National Guard positively, and the army is feeling highly motivated. Moreover, it acts as nutrition for the overall mental, spiritual, physical health of the soldiers. Additionally, this test will bring a much wider look at overall health to include things like prevention of injury.

The U.S. Army and the army national guard has put more emphasis on reducing injuries after the defense department the fitness test policy. The U.S. Army and the army national guard want the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) to help the soldiers to face the standard competition and prepare for upcoming challenges. The idea of this test is to prepare a soldier to operate in a very conditional environment where they face tremendous stress in that situation. A fit soldier is more capable of handling a more stressful environment. Thus fitness test is expected to create a positive impact on the U.S. Army and the Army National Guard.
