BOJ’s Kuroda: Japan inflation to reach 2% goal, but not before 2023

TOKYO (Reuters) – Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda told an online seminar on Wednesday that he expected Japan’s inflation rate to rise steadily although it would not hit the central bank’s 2% target before 2023.
