Motorola Razr 3 announced! Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC confirmed

Motorola has declared that they will be coming up with its upcoming Razr model in the recently launched Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Chipset. It has been noticed that previous foldable smartphones of Motorola were not mechanized by flagship chipsets. In the year 2019, Motorola featured two unique models under Razr foldable lineup, and this was the first it was introduced. This was announced by the company on its Weibo page. Most probably, it’s possible that the Motorola Razr 3 will be debuting very soon this year.

Bringing this change is essential for the company’s foldable segment. Previous launches of Motorola RAZR foldable were not cost-effective without the flagship chipset. It was assumed that the company could not deliver the product at an acceptable and reasonable price. Earlier technology was still booming, and it was in its initial days. Now, UTG glass used on foldable has upgraded and is now cheaper compared to before. Clearly, Motorola made its master move by launching its foldable lineup in a mind-blowing flagship range.

Motorola Razr 3 expected features

Samsung’s foldable smartphone Galaxy Z Flip 4 will be having a great competition as Motorola Razr has all the new features in it at an affordable price. Assuming it can be named as Motorola Razr 3. Seems like the company is not looking forward to changing its foldable mechanism in the near future, therefore this can jeopardize Samsung’s Z Flip series.

It has a punch-hole primary and narrow bezels display. Unlike like the usual shapes this model has a boxier form factor, which gives a stylish look to the smartphone. The fingerprint scanner is on its right on the power button which gives an easy to unlock your phone quickly. Screen resolution could be Full-HD+. Camera sensors will be placed horizontally and a Dual-Camera system on the back. Main lens 50MP with F/1.8 aperture assisted by 13MP Unit. A selfie camera of 32MP is placed on the front, in the punch hole.

Snapdragon 8+ comes with Qualcomm Adreno GPU and speeds up to 3.2GHz. The chipset supports a triple camera setup for up to 36MP. The chipset comes with Qualcomm Adreno GPU. Dual-camera feature Setup of up to 64+36MP and 200MP configuration of a single camera.
